Job Summary:
We’re looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, consulting with potential clients, and closing sales for residential and commercial rooftop solar installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and digital platforms
- Conduct site assessments and explain solar solutions to residential and commercial clients
- Understand customer requirements and prepare customized proposals
- Promote government subsidies, net metering benefits, and ROI calculations
- Follow up on leads, handle objections, and close sales
- Maintain CRM records and update customer interactions
- Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys and installation scheduling
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in B2C/B2B sales (solar experience preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand basic solar technology and financial benefits
- Self-motivated, energetic, and customer-oriented
- Willingness to travel locally across Ahmedabad and nearby areas
- Own vehicle (preferred)
